Hopefully  we will soon have  a small selection Raw Stirred Lingonberry Jam available in Oh So Swedish shop on Brighton Beach, as a compliment to the Swedish “Smörgåsbord” of handmade crafts of Swedish wood.

Lingonberry jam perfect with Swedish classics as meatballs, meatloaf, raggmunk (potato pancakes),  Kroppkakor ( pork filled potato dumplings), havregrynsgröt(oat porridge) and also very good together with black pudding & bacon. A very versatile Swedish Berry.
